Refund Policy for iMunik

At iMunik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom products. However, due to the personalized nature of our items, we have the following refund policy:

• Custom Products: Since our items (tumblers, shirts, mugs, bags, socks, etc.) are made-to-order and customized to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for custom-designed products unless there is a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization, damaged goods).

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist you in getting a replacement or full refund. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us.

• Incorrect Orders: If the product you received does not match the order (wrong design, color, size, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

• Non-Custom Products: For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in unused and resalable condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Bulk Orders: Custom bulk orders are generally non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your bulk order, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a solution such as a replacement or partial refund depending on the issue.

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as your product hasn't yet been processed. After this time, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of the products.

• Return Process: To initiate a return or request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at imunique.vmh@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process.

• Processing Time: All orders are custom-made and typically require 3-7 business days to process before shipping. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the complexity of your order or during peak seasons.

• Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 5-10 business days
  • International Orders: 10-20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

  These shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. You will be able to view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

• Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

• Order Tracking: After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

• International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

• Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, iMunik is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, or other external factors. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for further information.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact your local carrier or postal service for assistance with missing packages. We recommend using a secure delivery address if you are concerned about package theft.

• Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes for certain orders, but please check with the carrier to confirm whether they can deliver to your location.
