Refund Policy for iMunik
At iMunik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom products. However, due to the personalized nature of our items, we have the following refund policy:

Custom Products: Since our items (tumblers, shirts, mugs, bags, socks, etc.) are made-to-order and customized to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for custom-designed products unless there is a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization, damaged goods).

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist you in getting a replacement or full refund. Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us.

Incorrect Orders: If the product you received does not match the order (wrong design, color, size, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-Custom Products: For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in unused and resalable condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
